In the process of our communication with this Iranian customer, there are two difficulties. First, the SDIC ordered by the customer requires specially customized packaging. Therefore, we need to constantly finalize packaging details with customers and our production department. Second, Iran’s new shipping regulations stipulate that five categories of dangerous goods must be palletized on plastic pallets, and the inner walls of the containers must be covered with film. After meeting the two packing requirements, the shipping space can only be approved after approval. Therefore, we need to constantly communicate with customers and quickly make adjustments that meet requirements. Although we encountered many problems during the adjustment process, we still submitted the review photos in the shortest time to ensure the timely delivery of the goods.
